The subscription was paid thru email brookXXXX1 (X represent hidden characters for an email for privacy)Order ID 501700750 the original product key was: 25A14-XM2EC-DCWBG-5LXXT-6C3U8 Because the original computer was replaced a new product key was necessary. This is a reply to biz in the box comments below. I would recommend against using this service. But there was not way to access since they provided no product Key.

I wrote to them asking for my money back, but they refused, saying it was my responsibility to ensure the product worked on my system. There was no product 'Key' within the email.

I received a confirmation of the subscription, but no way to access the product. I subscribed and paid to receive a product key for their application, by using their subscription button.
